Puerto Rico: We ship to Puerto Rico with the same reliability!

International Shipping: We ship via USPS with rates varying based on location.

Orders placed after 12 PM (ET) on Fridays will be processed on Monday.

A signature may be required for some deliveries, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is needed. This service may not be available for all zip codes.

If unexpected delays occur, we’ll do everything possible to get your order to you the next business day. A signature and phone number will be required in such cases.

14-Day Return Policy - Shop with Confidence

We want you to love what you ordered! That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
Simply contact us at sassyglamsboutique@yahoo.com to initiate your return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also don’t accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about an item, reach out to us for clarification.

For the quickest way to get the item you want, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want. We’ll take care of the rest!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
